This course is designed to lead you to your center and deepen your self-awareness. By blending creativity with mindfulness, you can discover greater calm, relaxation, focus, and a deeper sense of peace.

  • 5 days of artful meditation, mindfulness, and creativity

  • A guided meditation audio to kickstart your creative experience

  • 3 videos with easy to do art experiences

  • A 10 page guidebook filled with instructions on each art experience, ideas for further exploration, journal prompts, and inspiration to support and guide you on your journey.

Easy to do art experiences crafted so prior art knowledge or meditation experience is not needed to benefit from the practices.

Whatever you seek is already within you. This mindful course encourages greater self-awareness in the present moment through simple art practices. You’ll learn to release judgment of your experiences and cultivate flow and focus, possibly leading to increased calm, relaxation, and peace in your life.

The Meditative Art Journey Course includes meditative and creative experiences that bring you into the moment and encourages a sense of play and exploration. Using basic art supplies, each experience is brief enough that you can easily fit this practice into your busy day—even if you only have 5 or 10 minutes to spare.

You will find present moment awareness and step into a life of your creation. No prior art or meditation experience needed to gain the benefits. With regular practice, you will start to notice shifts and changes—perhaps more calm, more awareness of the joy in everyday living, or less stress. Your experience will be uniquely yours.
